1. Eligibility:
The All India Weekly Quiz is open to registered students of Bhaiya Learning Hub for the respective class (Class 9 or Class 10). Each participant must register using their own correct details — including full name, valid email ID, and active mobile number.
2. Registration & Payment:
Participation requires successful online registration and payment of the quiz fee. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Quiz Access:
The quiz will be conducted online on the official Bhaiya Learning Hub platform. Participants must log in with the same username and password received after registration. Login credentials are confidential and should not be shared.
4. Fair Play Policy:
Each student must attempt the quiz honestly, without any external assistance, communication, or unfair means. Any kind of cheating, impersonation, or use of multiple devices will result in disqualification.
5. Technical Requirements:
A stable internet connection and compatible device (mobile, tablet, or computer) are required. Bhaiya Learning Hub will not be responsible for connectivity issues, power failures, or device malfunctions during the quiz.
6. Conduct & Disqualification:
Any participant found violating the rules, manipulating results, or misusing the quiz system will be permanently banned from future quizzes. The decision of Bhaiya Learning Hub shall be final and binding in all such cases.
7. Scoring & Results:
Scores are calculated automatically based on correct answers and submission time. Leaderboards will be published after quiz completion. Bhaiya Learning Hub reserves the right to verify scores and correct any technical or manual errors.
8. Prizes & Recognition:
Winners may receive certificates, digital rewards, or recognition as announced for that week’s quiz. Prizes are subject to verification of the participant’s eligibility and adherence to the rules.
9. Privacy & Data Use:
Participant data (such as name, email, and school details) is collected solely for quiz management and communication purposes. Bhaiya Learning Hub does not share or sell personal information to any third party.
10. Acceptance:
By registering and participating, you agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions, as well as the Fair Play Rules published on the website. Bhaiya Learning Hub reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
11. Referral System:
Bhaiya Learning Hub may offer a referral program that rewards participants for inviting new students to register and participate in the quiz.
Each participant will receive a unique referral code after registration.
Rewards (such as bonus points, discounts, or special recognition) will be granted only when the referred student successfully registers and completes at least one quiz using the referrer’s code.
Self-referrals or use of fake/multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of rewards and possible disqualification.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
The decision of Bhaiya Learning Hub regarding eligibility and reward distribution under the referral system shall be final and binding.
